How do I convert an sdc file into an mp3?

I've downloaded some music onto my phone, I can copy it on to my computer but it's in .sdc format, and appears to be aac encoded, but nothing I've tried will read it. Is there any way to play this file on my computer?

  The sdc file *is* a music file. I've found information about a Java DRM system from a company called SDC used on mobile phones, but I can't get any information on the files.

sdc are not music files and cannot be be converted to mp3

Good technical answer but there is an sdc music format, as I have at least 1 music file in that format.
