Terms and Conditions for www.bebo.com/doritos Free Prize Draw

1. This prize draw is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their families of walkers Snacks Limited (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the prize draw.
2. By taking part in this prize draw, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. To enter the prize draw, simply sign up on www.bebo.com/doritos to become a friend of Doritos between 6pm Friday 11th July and 3pm on 29th August 2008 and you will be automatically entered in the prize draw (standard Bebo terms and conditions apply – see http://www.bebo.com/TermsOfUse.jsp. Alternatively, if you had already signed up on www.bebo.co.uk/doritos to be a friend of Doritos before Friday 11th July and would like to enter this prize draw, please send your full name, date of birth, contact number and address to collisions@doritos.co.uk by 3pm on 29th August 2008.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 3pm on 29th August 2008.
6. The winner of the prize draw will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date under independent supervision within 7 days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by phone or e-mail within 72 hours of the draw taking place. The prize must be claimed by 26th September 2008. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner, however, if the prize is not claimed by 26th September 2008 an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
7. The prize for the winner is:
   • Tickets for two people to see La Tomatina festival in Valencia, Spain during August 2009.
   • Return flights for two people from London to Barcelona to coincide with the festival dates.
   • 4 days car hire, 3 nights 4* accommodation in Valencia, Spain based on two people sharing and daily breakfast and comprehensive travel insurance for two people for the duration of the trip to Barcelona.
   No other expenses will be covered. It is the winner’s responsibility to have a valid UK passport, to organise and fund the return transfer to the London airport and to have a full valid UK driving licence, which must be shown on arrival to be able to hire car in Spain.
8. The winner and the winner’s chosen companion must both be aged 18 years or over to accept the prize.
9. Confirmed tickets will be delivered to the winner’s designated address no later than two weeks before the agreed date of travel.
10. In the event of circumstances beyond its control the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
11. The winner may be required to participate in related publicity.

13. Winner’s name and county will be available after 5th September 2008 by sending an SAE to Doritos Collisions FPD, INITIALS Marketing, 100 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1LN.
14. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternative in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
