Band Bio: The idea that became Autorotation was born in Toronto some years ago when multi-instrumentalists/producers Robyn Sellman and Igor Olejar met through their work in ambient electronica, IDM, dreampop, and film music. Fast forward to 2007, they escaped the restrictive trade laws of the USA and moved to London in search of like-minded musicians and a more tour-permitting market. Robyn and Igor are now joined by Phil Stutely on the bass, and Kaloian Bukov on the drums. Experimenting and blurring the distinctions between groove, noise, orchestration and vocalisation they transform their live shows into audio-visual spectacles with large projection screens, complex electronic set-ups and captivating performances.   Read Less »
