Band Bio: Carlos Cedillo, Multi-talented composer of Cosmicjaguar, Mayan Shaman, Author, and Artist got his musical start studying classical guitar, jazz and composition at UT/Austin. He has been recording improvisational music since 2000.
Carlos started using the stage-name, Cosmicjaguar in 2004.
Eclipse Music Volume I and Daykeeper are Cosmicjaguar's latest forays into computer generated music. All song titles are based on the unique energy of the Mayan Sacred Calendar. Carlos has authored a book, Soul Kin Journal, which explains the Mayan Calendar and the energy for each day. Carlos's artwork as well as his music, is infused with the Mayan culture using bold, rich textures in his paintings.
