Band Bio: Desert Voices, Arizona’s premier gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and straight chorus, came together in 1988 to provide quality musical performances for audiences in Tucson and Southern Arizona. We never lose sight of our purpose - lifting voices in song for those who can’t sing in an effort to open the minds of those who won’t hear. The chorus prides itself on our longevity and diversity. Part of what makes Desert Voices special is the wonderful blend of voices, genders, ages, sexual identities, and cultural backgrounds.
