Band Bio: Ex Norwegian are an indie rock band from Miami, FL with Roger Houdaille (vocals and guitar), Carolina Souto (bass guitar and vocals), Arturo Garcia (drums and vocals).
Ex Norwegian participated in the CMJ Music Marathon in New York City mere months after their formation, and released two singles: the irresistible Shins-styled folk-pop “Something Unreal” and “Dance Trance Pants” on vinyl which falls neatly somewhere in between The Killers and 70s glam epitomized by bands like T. Rex. The group’s youthful energy and sound described as an “…eclectic mix of powerpop, shoegaze, indie rock, and even hints of stoner rock” by Exploding In Sound.
