Band Bio: Jorma Kaukonen, Rev Gary Davis and others. At 19 I became interested in Flamenco and after four years I began performing regularly with the Flamencos de la Bodega in San Francisco. Between 1985-1987 I lived in Spain where I continued to study and work as an accompanist. I began to study classical guitar and played in the Flamenco Fusion groups Arabesque and Harvest. My classical studies led me to return to school at age 40 to study harmony, counterpoint, music history and musicianship. During this time I worked with the acclaimed soprano Vismaya Lhi. My most recent work has been compositions for small ensembles, solo guitar, as well as a number of electronic works.   Read Less »
