Band Bio: Music that demonstrates the joy, pain, struggle and success that real life brings. Music that demonstrates and inspires true worship, which enables us to thrive in this real life. Real Life - True Worship Jay has been a songwriter for over 24 years, a producer for 10 and has dozens of songs to his credit. While he claims influences as diverse as Billy Joel, Brian Duncan, Michael W. Smith, Journey and Chicago, to name a few, he has a sound all his own. Jay's early years on New York's Long Island involved a childhood surrounded by music which included everything from singing with his family in church to participating as a choir member for the Hosanna Integrity recording "Exalt The Lord" as a teen. A diverse artist, he has been a keyboardist, singer, saxophonist, lead vocalist and worship leader. He has written praise and worship, pop, rock, jingles and theatrical soundtracks. Today Jay is bringing his music to a new region, a new audience and a new level. Jay, his wife Katie and their 4 children (David, Acacia, Caleb and Zachary) live in Frederick MD. Jay's discography includes: As Long As I Live and Open Up Heaven.
