Band Bio: Locc (DeMarcus Keene) is a producer from Louisville Ky. He started making music in his early teens. Inspired by his big cousin D-money ( formerly of No-Luv Records). D- Money taught Locc about Digital Recording and Conducting Beats and the rest is history. (So they say!) In 2005 Locc met his good friend and business partner Marcus Davis. They got together to form LoccedOutEntertainmentLLC; a Record Label/ Multi Media Company. Along with Chris Brevig ( Head of Multi Media for LOE) They have been working to establish LOE as one of Louisville’s biggest entertainment companies; as well as a door for young Indie Artist to the Majors in the Industry.
