Band Bio: Mark Weber grew up in a house where his dad always had jazz playing on the radio and his mom loved listening to 60s Motown artists and 70s singer-songwriters. Today Mark fronts the pop-jazz trio Uptown, with his dad on vibes, entertaining a wide variety of appreciative audiences. Mark's goals are to continue to use music to help make people feel good, be internationally known for singing/performing, to have a #1 hit song, win a Grammy, and perform with other artists whom he admires and enjoys. Besides "bringing classics back," Mark's working on his postmodern pop album with producer Joe Secchiaroli (This Day & Age, More Than Me, The Reign of Kindo).
