Band Bio: Penny Broadhurst is a singer and songwriter, based in Leeds in West Yorkshire, UK. She is backed by her live band, The Maffickers. Penny has played Wireless, Latitude, Truck, Moor Music, Indietracks, Solfest, Ladyfest and Glastonbury festivals and been played on BBC Radio 1, Xfm, BBC 6 Music, Radio Magnetic etc as well as local and internet radio stations. She was shortlisted by the BBC World Service for their Next Big Thing. Penny has also performed on BBC Radio 4.
