Band Bio: Shakedown City is many things. It's a band, it's a feeling, it's a sense of love while losing your mind. It's good time music for good time people and anyone is welcome, including you. Funky, bluesy, sideshow boogie would be 4 words that describe there sound, but every song Shakedown City plays is it's own beast stretching the boundaries of jazz, soul, and blues into a new unique style of music that will unify and disorient whatever audience they're playing for that particular evening.
