Band Bio: At age 11, a young and energetic Akan "Swisslizz" Ekpenyong had unconsciously started laying the groundwork to mold himself into a top notch music producer,, playing the drums and piano. By age 12 he was already making his own beats. Growing up listening to the sounds of Dr. Dre., Timbaland, Scott Storch, and Kanye West, (to name just a few of his influences), SWISSLIZZ was drawn to the Hip Hop lifestyle, and decided to start building up from the groundwork that he had unknowingly been preparing for himself. Drawing inspiration from family, friends, and mentors, Swisslizz put the pen to paper and began recording tracks over his beats, which were by now, more than just bangin on the drums and piano!!!
