Band Bio: The Dialogue Of Clockmasters Show (or The DOC Show for short), is the brainchild of the guitarist singer~songwriter David Engstrøm. The DOC Show is a mythic rock opera over 15 years in the making. It's storyline includes 20 characters, two of which, "The Doc" and "The Story", are based on Engstrøm's real life as a performer and storyteller. The intention here is to create a living "strange loop": Thus, Engstrøm as "The Doc" and "The Story" both creates and exists within the mythic landscape of this story called The Dialogue Of Clockmasters. Whenever The DOC Show rock opera is performed, reality and fiction are reconciled, and the story continues to be written: the audience itself becomes part of the mythic story it observes~experiences.
