Band Bio: The Transporters were initially formed in 2004 when founding members Steve and Grace met and started writing and producing together. Initially an experiment to fuse the darker elements of folk music to classical riffs and dance beats, the union soon produced its first album of songs in the Transported LP.
To take the songs on the road we have been joined by Gus on tribal drums and Jules performing bass in live shows. That just about brings us bang up to date. Now the website is back online and both albums are soon to be made available for download on i-tunes. Keep your eye on the News section and follow our progress by joining our myspace page.
