Band Bio: Tim was born in the UK but has lived in Canada for over thirty years. He has been playing guitar since he was in his early teens; he was strongly influenced by Simon and Garfunkel and Bruce Cockburn in earlier years, but has recently been captivated by traditional folk music and is now known around Edmonton for his interpretations of traditional folk songs, as well as his own compositions in the same style and his intricate fingerstyle guitar work. Tim has played at the Northern Lights Folk Club and the Uptown Folk Club in Edmonton, as well as the Blue Chair Café, Hulbert's, Fresh Start Bistro, and many smaller cafés. He plays a regular monthly gig at the Bogani Café in south Edmonton, usually in the company of one or two friends.   Read Less »
