Band Bio: Tori Sparks calls Nashville home, but spends most of her time on the road. Called “a knockout” by the Village Voice, her dynamic live show is pure soul. Tori’s third album, The Scorpion in the Story, was produced with David Henry (REM, Ben Folds, Cowboy Junkies). The album broke the Top 100 on the Americana Chart, and is in the running for 6 Grammy nominations. Murder ballad "Tall Towers" is featured on the PASTE Music Sampler, CMJ.com, and Microsoft's WMP homepage.
Tori’s relentless touring has taken her across the US, Canada, and into Europe. Her 2007 album Under This Yellow Sun was licensed by MTV, Lifetime, the Oxygen Network. Universal Music France included Sparks’ single “Cold War” on their 2008 compilation (40,000+ copies sold).
