My Causes

I dont know about youbut some random skinny blonde chick with big boobs has been stalking me for years! Shes on the side of the bus that passes me every day on my way to work, in nearly every commercial on television, all over the covers of every fashion and gossip magazine, and sometimes even on the inside of the bathroom stall telling me what kind of tampon to use. Ive tried to file a restraining order, but the chick is EVERYWHERE! And she doesnt seem to care that I dont like her following me around. Honestly, how am I supposed to feel happy about my looks, when Im followed by these unrealistic images of commercialized beauty?! And its not just women men feel the same pressures when they see muscley yet miraculously hairless-men in razor ads. Its time to stop this madness! We need to realize that beauty as represented in the media is an unhealthy depiction of reality. Join us in the rally against unhealthy body images in the media!

How would you feel if everyone around you looked down on you for what you were, how you were born, or something you couldn't change? How would you feel if you were teased and possibly even beaten, and no one did anything about it? No one supported you, no one viewed you as worth supporting. Because of something that was as natural to you as breathing, you were viewed as sub-human, something dirty and disgusting. Wouldn't simply living from day to day be difficult? Those who face discrimination, who are not allowed to enjoy the same freedoms as everyone else because they are different live an unfair life, and it is up to us to stop it. Think before you act, and don't let anyone tell you that it's ok to treat people differently based on their appearance or sexual orientation or weather or not they're disabled. Some people don't have a voice to fight for themselves, so those of us who have voices must raise up and speak for them. Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. For Everyone.

"War represents bloodshed." WRONG "War is bad for children of America." WRONG "War is bad for our economy." WRONG. ""War is not healthy for children and other living things." WRONG War represents people dying for their country, to keep the American dream alive. War keeps America's children safe from child labor, genocide, hate crimes...because war keeps America's children free. War is not bad for our economy, OUTSOURCING is bad for our economy. So next time you feel like saying that, stop and look at history, WAR (WWII) BROUGHT AMERICA OUT OF THE GREAT DEPRESSION. Why do we sympathise with the enemy? Why are we fighting to have military prisons such as Guantanamo Bay Prison closed? We are holding prisoners of war there. If the prison is closed will we not have to keep them imprisoned on American soil, where they can escape or even be released for something they didn't do. We know they did not do it though did we not, that is why they are prisoners of war, not war criminals. We need to bring pride back into Americans hearts and minds. We need to realize that we are not hurting Americans in Iraq, we are hurting the ENEMY...and remember...for everyday you learn of another American soldier being killed... it is because the ENEMY is hurting US.
